To the attention of the authors of the scientific journal "Juris Europensis Scientia" (category "B")!
The editorial board of the scientific journal "Juris Europensis Scientia" invites to cooperation scientists, practitioners, readers interested in the issues of the journal.
Until March 29, 2024, articles to No. 1 of the scientific-practical professional collection of scientific works "Juris Europensis Scientia" for 2024 are accepted.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARTICLE:
1. UDC is indicated to the left of the article title.
2. The volume of the article - 10-18 pages (skittles - 14, at 1.5 intervals).
3. Author information should include an orcid code. If the author does not have this code, it can be obtained at https://orcid.org/
4. Article title, summaries (volume: 1800 characters for one summary), key words (up to 5) in Ukrainian and English are indicated after the information about the author.
5. A scientific article should contain a statement of the problem, an assessment of the state of the literature, the purpose, the task of the presented material on the chosen problem, conclusions and prospects for further research.
6. In-text citation is in the numerical order in square brackets.
7. References are after the text.

PROHIBITION TO REFER TO THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS:
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

1. fill in the author's information;
2. article;
3. a scanned receipt for the payment of the publication fee (after passing the article of review).
Students accept editorials only in co-authorship.
Materials submitted in violation of the standards are not accepted for editing and publication. The editorial board reserves the right to edit, reduce, and refine the title. The published material expresses the position of the author, which may not coincide with the opinion of the editor. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, statistics and other materials.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website on May 29, 2024.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before June 29, 2024.

PUBLICATION CONTRIBUTION:
The amount of the publication fee is 1200 UAH. If the volume of the article exceeds 12 pages, then for each additional page it is necessary to pay 40 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
The editorial board conducts an internal anonymous review of the article, after which the authors receive the requisites for payment of the publication.
